Fees and Insurance
In order to provide high quality care in a patient- focused manner, I do not accept any insurances. I do strive to keep my rates competitive and work with patients regarding payment options. I recognize that paying out-of-pocket is an investment and I appreciate the relationship with each patient that I serve.
Initial Consultation
80 minutes: $350.00
Follow up visits
25 minutes: $185.00
55 minutes: $350.00
Payment
Payment forms accepted: Cash, check, credit card, debit card, HSA (health spending account).

Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid are out of network and are not accepted.
Documentation needed for submitting out-of-network reimbursement is provided. Please check with your insurance company prior to your appointment for your out-of-network reimbursement process.
